Parties
Bookings for services with d’Luxe Classic Car Tours are formed between customers and Dialogue Visual Communication Pty Ltd (Australian registered company).
Booking payments
Payments of 50% total fees are required upon booking to secure services, facilitated through the payment gateway for online bookings or via direct bank deposit and PayPal for non-online bookings.
Balance payments
Balance payments of 50% are required 48 hours prior to service commencement, facilitated through the payment gateway for online bookings or via direct bank deposit and PayPal for non-online bookings.
Insurance
Insurance for d’Luxe Classic Car Tour vehicles is provided by Shannons Pty Ltd (Insurance). Insurance for customers (passengers) within vehicles is provided by TAC via vehicle registration. Insurance (public indemnity) for customers outside of travelling vehicles is provided by QBE Insurance. It is recommended that international travellers confirm details of insurance cover with their policy provider to ensure adequate protection in the event of accident and need of medical attention or protection to property.
Cancellation (customer)
Refunds of customer payments as a result of customer cancellation will not be made unless alternative bookings are made with other customers for equivalent hires on the same day.
Cancellation (service provider)
Refunds of customer payments as a result of supplier cancellation will be made immediately upon notice.
Adverse weather
In the event of very hot, very rainy or potentially damaging weather conditions, both parties are likely to agree to postponement or cancellation of the hire. If the hire is cancelled, the full refund of the customer booking and balance payments will be made. (Driving is generally comfortable in air temperatures up to 32˚C and moderate rain of up to 50% metropolitan area coverage as determined by the Bureau of Meteorology.)
Damage
Damage to any vehicle from unruly behaviour, carelessness, poorly contained possessions and the like may render costs of repair liable for payment by the customer.
Mechanical
Should mechanical difficulties require the halt or shortening of a hire, either (1) a substitute vehicle might be provided, where practical, or (2) return to drop-off destination will be made with a hire, taxi or share vehicle. In such events, refund of hire payments will be made to the customer on a pro rata basis of time used/lost.
Change of vehicle
In the event of unsuitable weather, mechanical service requirements or any unforeseen circumstance, the service provider will be at liberty to change bookings from one vehicle to another. In such an event, the customer will have part refund of services made in accordance with the bookings schedule of fees.

Nice car, great communication, relaxing to see the almost sunset time from point-view to the beach. I’ll love to do it again soon. Unforgettable experience ever.
